The routes


Go on an adventure all year round on the cycle paths of the Hérault (Occitanie): ride through the vineyards along the bush roads, cross the typical landscapes on the seaside paths, on the forest greenways and create memories by launching your mountain bikes on the tracks of the garrigues.

With its 23 km of cycle tracks and itineraries, Frontignan invites you to a ride between the sea, the lagoon and the garrigues. For a weekend or a longer stay, pedal with your family or friends to discover our most beautiful landscapes. Take a break on the beach, taste the local specialities and discover our natural areas.

Frontignan, Mireval & Vic-la-Gardiole also benefit from a privileged location as they are situated on two European cycle routes:

  • Route 8 : Mediterranean by bike, linking Spain to Greece
  • Route 17 : Via Rhôna which runs from Sète to Switzerland

During your bike rides, respect our natural areas: the old salt pans, the Aresquiers wood, the beaches, the vineyards and the canal!
