The wines from Cave Rabelais are wines in keeping with the tradition of vins doux naturels (sweet wines), which change with each vintage. They keep up to date by the invention of new products such as their dry white, their vins moelleux (sweet wines), sparkling wines, marc (a brandy made from wine must) and confectionary. This tradition, plus innovation and the qualities of the estate where the vines are grown, combine to produce wines for every occasion.
